We want you to love your Timex timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for products purchased on Timex.com within 30 days of the shipping date. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Label
Once authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal.
Pack Your Watch
Securely place the watch in its original box and packaging, then place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
